Refund policy

Return Policy 

We’re happy to accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of purchase. To arrange a return, please email hello@hatchandbloomshop.com.au or visit instore at 244A The Terrace, Port Pirie SA.

To be eligible:

·       Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered

·       Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

·       Original receipt from Hatch and Bloom is required

 

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Hatch and Bloom will contact the customer and offer return of the item at the

customer’s expense. If no response is received within a reasonable timeframe, the

item may be donated at Hatch and Bloom’s discretion.

 

Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)

·      Custom or special-order items

·      Gift cards / Store vouchers

·      Swimwear

·      Underwear

·      Personal care items

·    Dummies due to hygiene reasons

·       Headwear and hair accessories (including hats and beanies), due to hygiene reasons

·       Clearance and final sale items

·     Items clearly marked as faulty at the time of sale

Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as a store credit or exchange only.
Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original postage charges cannot be refunded or credited. Any exchanged items sent by post will incur additional postage costs. Items cannot be held until payment and/or return is complete.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Cancelling Orders

If your order has not been processed, we can cancel your order, you will then be issued a store credit for the full order amount.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Where an item is found to be faulty, we will replace the item, in the event it cannot be replaced, you will receive a store credit or refund for the purchased amount, in line with Australian Consumer Law. Original receipt as proof of purchase from Hatch and Bloom is required.
