We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping Rates (Flat Rate)
We use flat-rate shipping to keep checkout simple and transparent.
Standard Shipping
$11.99 flat rate
Express Shipping
$14.99 flat rate
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $100 or more (after discounts, before shipping).
Some large or bulky items may incur a higher shipping rate. Where applicable, this will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Small Item Letter Shipping (Untracked)
For very small, low-value items (such as icy pole holders), a low-cost untracked letter shipping option may be available at checkout.

Orders that exceed this limit will automatically require standard parcel shipping.
By selecting this option at checkout, you acknowledge that delivery is untracked and delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed.
Local Pickup (Free)
Free local pickup is available on selected days and times from:

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection, along with pickup instructions.
Pickup availability is managed through Shopify and may vary.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for orders within the 5540 postcode.
Local delivery will not be scheduled, items will be left in a safe place (e.g. front door) and a delivery notification sent, if this is not suitable please choose another option. If your order cannot be left in a safe place (out of the weather, and not in street view) we will take your order back to the shop, and you will need to organise to pick up or arrange a re delivery, a re delivery fee may apply.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing times may vary during busy periods.
Delivery Timeframes
Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are provided by the carrier.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is subject to the carrier’s service and timelines.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, additional postage fees may apply before re-sending.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
We will assist with enquiries where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for parcels lost or delayed in transit, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
